One of the core objectives of the CRASE Semproniano Association is the sensitization of children and young people toward animal and environmental conservation. The starting point is that new generations could be able to activate practices of interactions with the environment and its inhabitants more respectful of the well-being of each one. In this way they will contribute to autochthonous species conservation and more widely to promote global environment conservation. The relevance of young people sensitization is self evident if considering the increased anthropization of several places in Italy and elsewhere. For this reason, introducing a new generation to themes such as the coevolution of animals and humans, the importance of diverse species conservation for ecosystem maintenance, and more widely of practices that respect animal lives, will help them to rethink and reduce human impacts on nature and its inhabitants. The CRASE Semproniano Association team, which is composed of specialists with diverse backgrounds on the topics of animals and the environment, offers a wide range of possible activities for schools: from introductory presentations for the pupils of primary schools to advanced seminars for students of secondary schools. Thematic contents are produced to adapt to the educational level of the audience and to answer to the specificities of the educational plan of the school. The realization of these courses, seminars, presentations, and other activities is totally free.
